Did the Chinese Discover America?

People always say that Christopher Columbus did not discover American, instead they say that when he came to the island other people lived in here. There are different theories about the discovery of the new world. And many of these theories state that explorers from other countries came, they did not have success.

Did the Chinese Discover America?

                  My opinion about the discovery of America

              To talk about this topic (Did the chinese discover America?) is not easy because many people say one thing about and other say anotger one and also because the discovery of America has for times been credited to Christopher Columbus, but I read in a histoy book that reserachers have discoverd ancicient scrips that suggest Chinese explorers may have discovered America belong before Europeans arrived here.

             Also it says that they have found pictograms etched into the rocks around the country that appear to belong of an ancient Chinese script. They say could have been inscribed there alongside the carvings of Native Americans by Chinese explors thousands of years ago.  

               My opinion about this topic is that before talking about it we have to study careful the books which have information of who discovered it. But sometimes I think that because of the things that Chinese wrote (the ancient scrip) maybe it is true that Chinese discovered America before Columbus.

The Ups and Downs of Yo-yos

All kids like toys all over the world. As a child, I always wanted to have my own toys. One of the toys I wanted to have was the Yo-yo. In the 1990s yo-yos were very popular and kids used to make so many yo-yos tricks. My cousin Mariano was an expert with yo-yos. During one of my summer vacation, I saw how he could play that lightening yo-yo. His father brought that yo-yo with beautiful decorations from the United States.

The yo-yos were used in the entire world, even in Anime a character had the power to control the yo-yo. The character comes from the Anime Hunter x Hunter and the date was March 1988 just when the yo-yos were still popular in Japan.

The yo-yos disappeared from the popularity. I personally think that technology played a big part with taking the yo-yos out of the market. After Nintendo and video arcade kids don’t want to play any physical game, we prefer to play it online.

The name Game

I have always had the dream of having my own company. The name I want for that company is Arcade.  I want my company to interact with my customers as I want my customers to interact with my company. I really love business, so I have read many books about it. The customers are looking for new ways of spending their money or saving more and more. Smartbuyers is the new name for customers.

Nowadays, people are looking for more and more ways of having the product they want. There is where my company pretends to take place by helping the smartbuyers select the product they really need. Arcade wants to provide solutions to customers problemas or need not only with the name, but also with the company itself. 

UNIT 6 THE UPS AND DOWNS OF YO-YOS

                     

                                      MY EXPERIENCE ABOUT YO-YOS

               When I was a child there were many kind of games but one of the most played one was yo-yo. Children play it in different ways. I usually play yo-yo with my friend Anersy. We spend a lot of time playing and competing, I remember a day that she won twenty times and I just twice. From that time I was frustrated. After that I practiced during all the free time I had. Two weeks later I won four times more than she. Then I was happy because I was the winner. Now I think that I was wrong because in life is not only win sometimes  we must learn to lose, too.

                Nowadays I compare life with YO-YOS. Why? because I think life is like UPS and DOWNS of yo-yos. This is because sometimes you are up but sometimes you are down in life. And you have to learn to live up and down and accept the things life offer you.

               Many people are like I was for that time because when they are down they feel like It is all over but we have to be careful about it because every time you fall, you should try to get up. Life is wonderful but this wonder depends of us and how we organize it or what we do in our lives. I suggest you live like YO-YOS that they ups and downs but continue being a game and you as a person must accept ups(good things happen to you) and downs(bad things happen to you) and stay alive.
