Name Game!

 

INTERVIEWER: Good night, welcome to our program, Job Talk. We are talking to Johanny Lezan, who work on J.J Restaurant. Thanks for joining us, Johanny. So what do you do, exactly?
JOHANNY: Thanks for having me! Well i am a chef and owner. I am the person who put the things in orden and cook great food.

INTERVIEWER: Why had you chosen that name?

JOHANNY:    that was so simple, i had chosen that  name, because in my family almost all our name start with the initial J and one of our family name is Jimenez. So i thought that election was greatest. it was a catchy name.

INTERVIEWER: Well, Why had you chosen that kind of business, food business?

JOHANNY: Because i had loved cook from the start, from my childhood. So when you love something , you must try to get it. And like we know all start is difficult, but when you have the support of your family is less rude. I had them. the rest is history, just look at me... Here i am talking to you and your audience. and we don't have just one restaurant we have four, two in my native country, two in Los Angeles; Unite State.

INTERVIEWER: That's so exciting! And so that's that?

JOHANNY: Not quite. When we hear good news about our job. Once you have tasted it, you couldn't find the same flavor in others places, that's that!
